Roofing Contractors use liquid coatings as they can be applied directly over existing roof structures which is advantageous as it means that it is not necessary to strip the existing roof structure.

Liquid coatings are made up of UV protectors which provide high resistance to sunlight. The membrane is also vapour permeable which means there is a reduced risk of surface blistering.

It can be applied easily with brushes and as such is advantageous for difficult to access areas.
